bar f0rsaken, none of these players are even best in their region for their role, much less internationally
that said T1 and PRX have shown how insanely much team synergy matters

EDG were with all due respect a breakout and impressive, but in the grand scheme still a MID team
their best performance was in Tokyo, but were extremely mid (sometimes even kind of horrible) for Champs 2023, Madrid, and Shanghai
S1mon took that team and made them CHAMPIONS, then really good at Bangkok too
morale and team social is important sure, but EDG really need to let go of pride in this case and take S1mon back unless they want to settle for more mediocrity
