again, -kaajak is not really based in performance, i think that even when he was underperforming, he was better than most duelist in kick-off. this is only based on roles and keeping alfa. alternatively, you could keep kaajak, make alfa play flex, and chronicle plays controller (if u pretend that fnc johnqt is real)

i mean it's really possible. fnatic has made big buyouts in the past for the valorant team. reduxx is cheap, because he belongs to the academy and rob said the buyouts for the acad are low priced. if johnqt wants to be closer to morocco, or he just feels like his time in sentinels is over, maybe playing in a promising team like fnc is the best.

and you can get any sub for leo really, it's not like he's going to be sick forever. it's clear he wants to play, and fnatic is ready to put him back on the roster as soon as he gets better.

for fnc, i'd like to see boaster transitioning to head coach, chronicle going back to full time flasher/flex, and leo back (when he's ready).

if johnqt ever decides to leave sentinels, i think he'd be the best replacement for boaster, his start calling his good (idk if he does the mid calling or zellsis), he's flexible, and likes to play with weird/innovative compositions.

kaajak is a damn really good player, doesn't deserved to get kicked based on performance, but scanner and flash are already taken in fnatic, so the best solution is to give johnqt the sentinel and let alfa transition to full time duelist.

maybe get a young player like skuba or reduxx, because they can play controller and also flex to duelist (in case they play a 2 duelist comp).
