They did well considering all the bumps on the road
More likely they will start target banning for the team and besides some of these comps work exactly because of the variety of agents so you more like have an option to ban from pool of agents rather than an agent. Going to make the games look like shitshow and teams won't have enough time to prepare 2-3 comps for every single map at worst. It's not like the comps work the same way exactly when you swap around an agent or two.
If you think some of these teams already look like glue/muddy, imagine it's worse and now it's every team.
When it's time to get to the international stage Sayf decides to go completely armless. Now that he's 'an igl' if you can call it that, he manages to call 2 worst attack halves known to man. Let's hope they can bounce back but doesn't look too good ngl.
Imagine T1 with a competent coaching staff
seems like a sensible thing to do
I get what you saying. You just got to know that people on the internet get their only daily dose of dopamine from ragebaiting or from similar nonsense activities.
Just one question I have. How could you expect anything else from random people on the internet?
Fair enough. I didn't watch the GF of Kickoff CN but from what I remember TE on Abyss is not much of a test of might. I feel like I'd be more inclined to give EDG benefit of the doubt on Lotus for example considering the time they had off. I'm not saying Abyss will be bad but on international stage it might be subpar and I would at least assume they would spend time to fix some other issues on other maps than to try prep too much for a map that's leaving the pool after Bangkok.
Let's be honest their group is pretty easy and the coaching staff change has revitalized the team completely. It'd be pretty plausible they make it again.
I feel like that's a little bit misleading. Abyss is a perma ban for now at least. Also their Haven is untested on the international stage. Otherwise I could agree with your statements.
EDIT: Did check also and we really haven't seen their Lotus either.
Unfortunate, wanted to see the list increase.
G2 is my favourite team of AMER been like that since Shanghai. But I will root for them only if the other regions are out.
What are you betting on this time after poisoning that child and burning the house?
Check T1 matches and what they played in APAC kickoff on Lotus. They played this comp multiple times on this map
Sticking that bomb against EDG feels like karma from yesterday. I'm still rooting for Edward, let's hope they game on the next maps as well.
I feel like I'm preaching to the choir, but so bad decision-making from flashback refusing to play from different positions and getting killed multiple times on screens getting scanned. Definitely doesn't feel like what you would call 'off game'.
So one decides to hunker down in the same spot that he's been getting picked off?
Reading this person's last post. Probably meant about the content of the translation rather than the accent.
Idk if that's completely hindsight. T1 performance on Bind has not been great at all for a team which has been 1st picking the map.
They seemed to be very solid on CT. But also ngl T1 attack is so disgusting to watch no map control, 4 man everything, wait until last 30 sec to exec while baiting out 0 util. They win the pistol and got 3 rounds. They didn't win a single rifle round.
Seems reasonable
Haven't seen him fail these body blocks.
At least on this lotus, it didn't look like SEN even knew what 'teamwork' means. Bunch of no util solo plays
I don't know if that's so accurate. It looked like a bunch of times SEN players just trying to swing by themselves with no util. It didn't really require that much heroics apart from the ace and a one 3k on DRX side to take it over the line.
It is what it is. If you have to go through full run on losers' bracket what can you do?
You're specifically referring to this Yoru pic earlier, the pickrate was 36 on EMEA and 25 on AMER. EMEA being the 'slowest region' this case has nothing to do with this observing in this specific case. TL games were overall pretty hectic in kickoff and I don't think there was such an issue (I did watch all of the matches).
It's not only the Yoru tho. I understand the 3K on CT after the breach ulti. But feels like most of the other ones are missed as well. Don't feel like we missed this much watching EMEA.
You're right. By luck they manage to get the most unimpressive 1Ks. All 3-4Ks missed.
Feels like the observing is absolutely horrendous. 90% of the plays missed.
And most of the time TH didn't make it to finals through uppers. They will take the Bo5 tomorrow no matter who is there. Not going to be close.
I had my headcannon before the kickoff that sayf would be mostly on controller and the roles seemingly would make sense so I understand the sentiment.
