as much as we clown on them they HAVE been great-even amazing
lost in one of the closest series ever to LOUD at lock//in-if they won that series I believe they wouldve gotten top 4 fs
got 2nd in AME
got top 4 at Tokyo (the cove moment is remembered but they got their beating NAVI, T1, DRX, TL, all good teams in their own right-and almost did beat that PRX)
destroyed ZETA at champs getting top 12
almost went to Madrid losing to SEN in one of the closest series (they were better than the other 2 teams-if their was a lower bracket they def wouldve gone)
almost qualed to playoffs in Stage 2 despite the horrendus record (the 12-5 is memed on but its not talked about enough how FNS and S0M came into a shit team with barely any prac and almost got NRG to playoffs-1 round away)
hopefully NRG sign a good igl for next year (Boostio maybe?) because they def have promise with Skuba/Mada
I had a random thought of how we always clown on the platchat tierlists for having 0 ball knowledge-so I thought id rank who they put in top/bottom tier vs how they actually did (wont include middle tiers as they are more subjective)-for sake of argument it will be the roster that was on the team when the tierlist was made (so in 23 when they ranked C9 with yay S that wont account for the runi/jakee roster, only the inital roster)
they got 16/30 correct which is just over 50%

FNC-correct (easy S tier and best team that year)
NAVI-incorrect (Navi were nowhere near F, and were prob closer to a low a/high b tier team-but they were def not a S tier team)
DRX-correct (Plat chat rated this roster without foxy9-so without the 6 man, therefore the roster was a S tier team getting 3.4 at lock//in and 5/6 at champs)
C9-incorrect (giving platchat some slack here as they had no idea yay would be cut-however the fact remains C9 was 2nd rounded and therefore not a S tier team)
D tier (no f tier in this list)
DFM-correct (0-10)
RRQ-incorrect (RRQ was def not top tier but they had a record of 6-7 the whole year and were not the bottom of pac)

FNC-incorrect (FNC were def a top team getting top 8 at Shangha and winning EMEA stages 1 however they didnt get enough intl success to warrant S tier)
NRG-incorrect (aside from almost qualing to Madrid this team was ass)
PRX-correct (might suprise yall but this was PRX w/Monyet who got 2nd in kickoff and 3rd at Madrid which I would warrant S tier)
LOUD-incorrect (despite their kickoff 2nd place and 4th at madrid the stage 1 ame was mediocre and drags the team down from S tier-still not bottom, but def lower than the top)
LEV—correct (despite the medicore start to the year, LEV managed to qual to Shanghai, win Stage 2, and get top 3 at champs which I think warrants an S tier)

MIBR-correct (despite showing some promise in kickoff getting top 6, this team was so dogshit they had shahzam sub in)
DFM-correct (they got 2 wins in the season, improvment from 0 but def still F tier)
NOVA—incorrect (they were ass but still made playoffs in s1 and 7th in s2)

biggest example I can think of is KRU v LOUD at kick off this year where both teams won each others map picks 13-2, 13-3
