S tier for me as a tier above the rest-not just the best team in the region. SEN (or any other team) have to be a tier above the others if they wantto be S

S tier for me ISNT THE BEST TEAM. They are teams a tier above the A tier teams-not just the best team in the region.

Is it crazy to say that their are currently no S-tier teams? I feel like in every region the level of play has caught up to where many teams are competive A-tier, but none are S-tier. In CN I would say (XLG, BLG, WOL) are A-tier, same with PAC (Boom, DRX, T1, GENG, RRQ) all A-tier, AME I would say before that G2 was a cut above the rest, but they have looked mortal vs MIBR C9 LEV and now have lost to SEN so I would say (SEN MIBR G2) all A-tier teams. EMEA is iffy because we didnt see FNC/TH and I would say the winner has the possibility of S tier-but as of now I would say (FNC TH TL FUT BBL) all A tier teams.
