of these 60 I feel a significant amount are nepo pickups—as in, people who do not have the skill to be in t1 but make it anyway due to different factors

Look at other regions—they are succeeding because of the amount of amazing rookies and new talent they have, while in Ame they just recycle old players over and over.

If AME wants to start competing as a region they need to cut the old and be in with the new
