i feel you, honestly ive been struggling with my rank as well, i usually get dia 1 but recently i deranked to plat 1 or 2 and the way i got back to my rank, and idk if it will work for u but this is what worked for me is, just playing full aim.

Lemme elaborate, basically i am playing for kills but not baiting really obviously, im playing agents like gekko omen, just anything that has a flash or util i can use to frag by myself without the need of my tm8s, and honestly its been paying off, at first my kills became better, i felt better about my aim and that gave me confidence, with that new found confidence i felt great about my aim and i actually felt smarter and everything(ik im delusional), so with all that, i had the recipe for success and i started winning my matches slowly (this is in the span of 2-3 days) and thats how i got diamond 1 back.
