Lemon isn't the best option, in fact you don't even really need to add sour cream it just adds to the flavor. But its not mandatory.

Two things I forgot to mention, first don't let your roux(the butter+flour is your roux) get too dark while cooking, it should be a medium to dark tan at most. And the heat doesn't really matter until you add sour cream(don't want it to curdle) but if you have it over medium heat when you add the milk and cheese some can burn to the sides and then its a little bit annoying to get off when your washing your pans.

1. Boil a pan of water, add a salt and olive oil to the water and add about 8-12oz of large elbow pasta and cook until its to a doneness you like(Usually aldente is about 6-7 min with large elbow but the back of the package should usually tell you)

2. Strain after your noodles are done to your liking

3. Then in a separate pan

4. melt 1/4 a stick of butter and when its fully melted add 2 tablespoons of flour
   5.Then mix it until the flour and butter are all mixed and add 2 cups of milk

5. Whisk until there are no clumps of roux left

6. Add cheese of your choice and let it melt(But make sure you add enough or else you won't get enough of a cheese flavor)

7. After the cheese is fully melted, let it cool a bit and after it cools a little add a dallop of sour cream, add paprika, garlic powder, white pepper, mustard poweder(The amount depends on your taste but usually just a dash or pinch of seasoning is fine)

8. If the cheese sauce is too sticky you can add a bit more sour cream, milk or save some of your pasta water and add a little bit of that, but add less than you think or else it will end up watery.

And then pour your sauce onto your noodles and your done. (Also this makes a decent amount so you'll have to cut the recipe down if you don't want leftovers).

Cryo still sits on the other side of the map while his teammates die and saves op instead of trying to do anything to help.
100T has essentially the same two chamber defensive setups every round to the point where Sen knew exactly where his util was almost every round.

I mean Sen could put together a roster of Zellsis, Xeppaa, Icy, Palla, and v1nny, have peu as HC, and give them 1 day of prac and they would still find a way to beat 100T. Sen just own 100T no matter the roster or coach.

FNC has a single English player on their valorant team and isn't really all that good in many other esports anymore. And even in the past they were only really good in the beginning in esports like league.

To be honest I will too. After all just a few days ago I was calling Vitality and FUT shit for losing to tier 2 teams even though they are pretty new rosters, though I am still not confident in FUT being all that good. And I was hating on 100T for losing a map to Furia despite still winning the match.
