There was double elim in this tournament lol
you aren't even an NA fan???
Be real man, no emea teams made it out of groups in tokyo even though there were 2 in separate groups, then Liquid got knocked out after barely scraping one game win all tournament.
There is no evidence that the EMEA teams outside of Fnatic will perform well at Champions. If they do well it'll be a big turnaround that would have happenned because of internal improvements that you will never be able to know about anyways.
You and the obsessive NA fans are the same exact type of people, you just live in different places.
HOW ARE CRASHIES AND MARVED FAIRLY MEDIOCRE???
Try again lol
"the players respect each other yet for the fans it is impossible to do the same somehow"
it's not that deep if people bandwagon sure, but when people start hating because the team they thought couldn't lose, because losing means your bad in their minds, then they are just garbage presence and the type of people players complain about
??? BS baiting, your an example of what I said
it's not just vlr tho its all the valorant vlr style websites + narratives from vct talent + all the sub-reddits + twitter
It's so funny how many fake fnatic and drx fans there were, fnatic were favourites and suddenly after one loss to liquid which has no effect whatsover on their experience at tokyo nobody has them as favourites, same with DRX - everybody wants to criticise them.
one bad map = washed player + fire everyone
one loss = team sucks they got destroyed never coming back from this
Every game is won by the smallest of things, the players respect each other yet for the fans it is impossible to do the same somehow, yet everyone on reddit and these websites think they know best abd are THE GREATEST MIND VALORANT HAS EVER SEEN and you k#now everything about a team after one game...
Also everyone sees those of you who are changing flares every tournament XD
honestly im pretty sure most the fnatic fans were calling them chokers and frauds all last year
Honestly it's kind of annoying seeing how many teams have switched to being fnatic fnas after shitting on them for years, the amount people who said Fnatic would lose to FULLSENSE at champs in 2021.
Don't switch now we UP
then why the Liquid flair?
worst CEO in Franchising
I assume you would have Furia 3rd, I can see that
9 but yeah ur right
Leo has been consistently good he just has not had the best team around him but check his ratings from previous events
Name a better initiator main, I’ll wait
If it’s not a 5 map series I’ll be low-key disappointed with Loud. Someone’s gotta win a map against this Fnatic roster.
Copium 😂😂😂
If I had to I would bet on SHAO for now, but this is LEO's chance to prove everyone wrong, I think it's possible LEO outplays SHAO
bro's delusional, I can't wait to see these clutch plays from BOTH TEAMS
ange1 and boaster respect each other, so we should match their energy
any team that plays in an international tournament benefits so 4 teams from EMEA is almsot half the league, this puts EMEA if they win at abhuge advantage for Champs
you keep using the choking arguement, we will see how it goes, you may have to eat your words shrug
Same reason I didn't include Fnatic I didn't include NRG as 2 roster changes has a huge impact, yes the new players are doing extremely well but they don't have same level synergy that old optic team had in matches. It's nothing any individual player is doing wrong but a problem that they will work on improving over team. Therefore they are working at a disadvantage.
Hopefully that's clearer.
I was saying this to someone earlier, regardless of who wins the game it benefits EMEA, because one of those teams is winning LOCK//IN
surely that was about being predictable not about there mechanical skill
hey come on man we aren't all like that dont generalise
Yeah you can see with NaVi and DRX that there's value in keeping a successful main roster together (mostly), losing Optic as a superpower is a huge blow for the Americas as a whole in terms of competition and growth for the region.
Instead of a team innovating and leading the way, we find ourselves with all the NA teams in franshising playing catch-up re-establishing calling systems and fundamentals.
They didn’t look shaky against a normal comp tho
How do you know NaVi won’t just ban Ascent?
Lmao ur baiting lol I fell for it
Ascent was 13 - 9 and it was Furia's pick.
For Haven you underestimate how hard it was to figure out how to play against Furia's comp - when you have never played against anything like that before
translation: "Leviatán will commit the crime tomorrow"
Also, this guy is almost definetly wrong NaVi get better every game
u think the DRX beating BBL was a fluke? Pearl and Haven were not close tho, plus they barely lost ascent?
