Enzo is a proven T1 player, but that was also 1.5 years ago and he wasn't IGLing. I don't think he is bad to be think he still has the mechanical and gained the IGL capabilities in that time to be great in T1 is a gamble 100%.

-Sayf has marginally worse opping then Cned and his rifle was top 3 in EMEA
-Redgar has been worse mechanically than his prime and his calls were pretty average but Enzo was playing T2 were there was only 1-2 other decent teams still a big gamble imo
-Soulcas is straight up worse than mistic I actually really like this move and really like mistic
-Nats is obviously still great, not in his prime but still S/A tier sentinel in T1
-Jamppi is a good player I just hope his contract isn't too big since he did have a lot of hype and has never really lived up to it. He's just good and occasionally has a great game.

Crashies is still one of NA's best iniatiors no doubt and he always has multiple clutch moments and any event he goes to, he is def still a tier 1 player. Victor has moments where he looked like the best player on OPTC and moments where he looked like he aimed worse than FNS. Just be consistently decent and this team is 1-2 in Americas all year long

probably won't change much tbh, FNS was not a micro-caller telling ppl every little thing to do, so unless victor just doesn't agree with Saadhaks calls/opinions on how to play the game then he should be a similar player to b4

Replacing FNS with one of the few IGL's who is comparatively as good, and can aim wayy better, and getting aspas is insane. Definitely NA superteam just need victor to not choke like he sometimes does and it's a wrap for 2024

I know there is not many proven IGL's in any region, especially EMEA, but i still think Sayf is too good to not keep.

From what is circling on twitter/reddit/vlr TL is for sure keeping: Jampii and Nats
Most sources say they are keeping 3 members, some saying it will be Sayf, others say Redgar, and very few have said keep Redgar and Sayf while removing Jampii
The only way they can justify keeping redgar and not sayf, when sayf was either the best or second best duelist to Derke, is becuase of ideology/stylistic problems in the team because he is too good. Not to mention Redgar had a pretty poor season with average calling and a dropoff in his fragging performances.
