Liquid is the only team that is slightly off here just because I think they will get better but they clearly are not gonna have the same cohesion that other teams will have and if there is even 1% doubt in the calls then they will never be a consistently great team. So they will probably just be mid like I put them.
If Vitality stay meta then they will stay A tier, but BONECOLD has been known to be a little slow adapting so they could drop.

And not just entire sections that were not being used but like gaps in the same section in between ppl bc no one was there even in that game with 2 of the tournaments favorites. Brazil crowd only showed up in a large amount to a semi finals match without a team from Brazil. All other teams that did not have at least one player from Brazil had no crowd for their games.
