This is just what people do. If a team loses or even if they win sometimes some people look at the scoreboard and cry for the team to remove whoever is on the bottom. This is just like how people wanted Dicey, Zombs, reltuC, Hazed and much more players. They don't care how good of a support player you are, they just look at the scoreboard and decide from that who's good or not

Oh shit mb I forgot that krea6on was on the omen and that luckeRRRR is on the breach.

Quick question: Who tf actually thinks calling eeiu aceu is funny? It got old like 3 months ago and is just annoying. It's even more annoying than chat spamming Roza Ult every time a Raze doesn't get a kill with their ult

posted about 3 years ago

He's fragging out but he's dying a lot. He died 22 times on Ascent out of 26 rounds.

posted about 3 years ago

Yeah that's why I put a ? next to his name but he's a good Breach when it comes to utility usage

posted about 3 years ago

This is a very even match but I'll say T1 take this 2-1 with how they have dominated so far in this qual. I understand that they've been dominating some pretty bad teams but I still think they'll win this.

Apparently Psalm was having surgery

As amazing as Penny is, he is very inconsistent so I think if V1 wants to win, Penny has to have a good game and Vanity has to continue playing as he has been. I'm actually going to say that V1 will win this 2-1. TSM has been down recently and I think if they things I mentioned above happen they should win since I'm expecting Vanity and Immi to have a good plan going into this game. But once again, Penny needs to be on top of his game if they want to make this a series.

I feel like they should switch it up more instead of just playing the 2 on jett. Poiz can play raze and xeta can play breach as well so maybe they can sometimes have xeta replace mitch as the breach and put poiz on jett or sometimes have xeta on jett and poiz replace relykS on raze. I think leaf is their best player so he should pretty much always be in but xeta has played omen in the past too so he could even sub in for leaf. And Vice is the IGL but, if they can replace him while having someone else step up as the IGL, they could put Mitch on killjoy, xeta on breach and poiz on jett. My point is that they have so many options with this 6 man roster and I really hope they don't waste it with just switching out poiz and xeta on jett.

They must've found a better replacement like maybe DavidP, ec1s(?) or someone like that or he could've just been toxic like HideBehind said

  1. OTW is a good team
  2. What Jommy05050 said: they literally just added Android and had to switch roles around.
This team is incredibly talented with a top notch coach from CS. Once they find the right roles and Android gets used to the team, they should be a top 10 team.

If any NA org is looking to sign a team to enter into Valorant with, this would be it.

posted about 3 years ago

It 100% was rushed. I think T1 is running out of patience since they were the first org with a team and they haven't won shit except for like Twitch Rivals... Also KOLER is on Beastcoast. Idk if I'm forgetting anyone that is better than Curry but I'm pretty sure he has been playing extremely well today

posted about 3 years ago

For everyone that didn't watch this... Rise was up 10-0... V1 won 13-11

posted about 3 years ago

Thanks. That's crazy tho since he was their best player...

posted about 3 years ago

It's not that surprising but still is pretty surprising. But DaHoonkaBhanKoloos has Andersin from the slimey boogermen, ScrewFace and Harmon who both played for MMG before MMG disbanded and they have Ange who played on Rise for a while. SSG still should've won but these aren't nobodies that they are playing against.

posted about 3 years ago

Once again, Kanpeki is the most underrated pro in NA and needs to get signed. Also where tf is Sharky? If Col were serious about Valorant, the right move would be to rebuild around JonahP and Sharky(and maybe Ohai), not to move JonahP to jett and drop Sharky(If they did drop him or something)

posted about 3 years ago

RNG and EG are 2 big orgs... I would rather watch 1 big org's team destroy another big org's team than to watch a big org(T1) destroy some nobodies. Also wtf are they supposed to do just predict that RNG is going to 13-1 RNG?

posted about 3 years ago

Maybe be grateful because without nerdst we would see a hell of a lot less Valorant than what we get. They're not great but it's better than nothing

posted about 3 years ago

Nerdst had ~90k viewers for the First Strike finals... I was watching. For Challengers they are getting about 20-30k views alongside Shroud's ~60k but for the First Strike finals they had 90k viewers

posted about 3 years ago

Tell that to the 300k that the First Strike NA finals brought in between the main stream, ninja and myth streaming the game

posted about 3 years ago

I'm sure L1nk or Kryptix could learn to IGL

posted about 3 years ago

Idk why I waited so long to say it but Kanpeki is the most underrated player in NA and deserves to get signed

posted about 3 years ago

So Sharky and xp3 are just gone? Hopefully Sharky gets signed to another big org.

posted about 3 years ago

So they show Time In and EG but not NRG? NRG is a bigger org that just added a top 10 player in NA... But yeah let's show Ninja play smh

posted about 3 years ago

Yeah daps will. He's played cypher and killjoy and they are going to have s0m play as a smoke agent.

posted about 3 years ago

So basically you want them to run no sova/breach or no omen/brim? If L1nk plays sova, someone would need to play omen or brim and if he plays omen, someone should be on sova. Soulcas will have to play sova on most maps if they want to play with a good comp.

posted about 3 years ago

So I'm assuming that ScreaM will be back on Reyna which will serve as their I guess "flasher" instead of Breach. This could mean we might see some triple duelists, soulcas playing sova more or soulcas playing breach. Should be interesting to see

posted about 3 years ago

I'm confused why so many people are questioning this pickup... He played pretty well in the 2 games he played for T1 and I can't think of any available cypher/killjoy mains(other than Brax) that are better. Maybe they should've kept trialing him and maybe they shouldn't have signed him so quickly but he's the best available option imo.

posted about 3 years ago

This took way too long but thank God they did it and that moose and YaBoiDre didn't get snagged

posted about 3 years ago

Yeah but to me winning 1 of 4 tournaments in a year would mean more than winning 1 of 12. That's the point I was trying to make and because Valorant doesn't have any HLTV rankings or anything, winning a tournament would mean so much more

posted about 3 years ago

I would actually rather watch it every 3 months than every month. It's hard to keep up with cs and all the tournaments they have and also, the less tournaments you have, the more rewarding the tournaments are. If a team in cs loses a tournament, it doesn't mean much(unless it's a major) since they have another tournament next week.

posted about 3 years ago

This is cool. Doesn't hurt anyone and can help grow the scene for those kinds of players. No offense but I'm probably not going to watch it but good for them

posted about 3 years ago

I would say he is(or at least was before he left) the BEST in the world but the GREATEST(in terms of legacy) would have to be ardiis

posted about 3 years ago

Hold up... Where does Envy play from? The org itself is from Texas so I would assume the players would also play from Texas... If so, then you can't use that excuse but then again I don't know whether Envy's Valorant team plays from Texas or not.

From NA(current):
-Wardell(The best rn imo)
-SicK
-Crashies
-nitr0
-ShoT_UP
-aproto
-Android
Alright just to explain some things, I wanna say that I am almost completely basing this off of Challengers. TenZ isn't on here because he quit, he would 100% be the number 1 player if he didn't quit but he did. As for players like sinatraa, Asuna and Drone, since I'm basing it off of Challengers, and they both haven't been playing great, neither of them are on this list. I am basing off of Challengers because the players who have been the best in Challengers, are the best players right now and even though sinatraa was a top 3 player leading up to Challengers, he has massively underperformed and doesn't deserve a spot on the list of the best players. If I had to add 1 more player to the list it would probably be food or Asuna but because of food's inconsistency and Asuna's recent lackluster performance, I don't think either of them deserve a spot. Also I don't watch XSET much at all but based on the stats and the performance of XSET, I think BcJ deserves an honorable mention.

Once again, it was double elimination. Envy didn't lose once. If they lost in the finals, they would be eliminated. Every other team got a 2nd chance but had Envy lost the BO5, they wouldn't get one so they had to have some other kind of advantage. The most fair option would be to have a bracket reset(If Sen wins the BO5, they play another BO5 and the winner is the champ). That way Envy would also get a 2nd chance but that would take way too long and watching the same 2 teams play 10 maps in a row would not only be exhausting for the players but boring for the fans. Also other than a map advantage, there is no other advantage that is good enough to replace Envy getting a second chance so they don't have much of a choice.

posted about 3 years ago

Okay so I missed map 1... How tf did Envy beat them on Haven?

posted about 3 years ago

I think in NA, the top 3 would have to be Android, ShoT_Up and Asuna(even though he hasn't been so good recently) Another name to throw out is Drone but he hasn't been as good as he normally is since First Strike. 2 other good ones would be Thief and Aproto but I don't think they're up there with Android and ShoT_Up.

posted about 3 years ago

Once again, you have to reward a team for not losing in a double elimination tournament and playing 2 BO5s(assuming if Envy lost) would be exhausting for the players. How else should Envy get an advantage if not given a map? They haven't lost in this double elimination tournament and now they can get eliminated after losing just 1 series so they have to get an advantage somehow or else it's not fair at all for Envy.

posted about 3 years ago

I'm gonna say this is gonna be a Sen 3-2. I think Envy is the better team right now and want Envy to win but whenever Sen loses, there's a fire ignites and they just pop off like they did against 100T. Plus look at when they lost to IMT in Challengers 1, the next time they saw them they 3-1'd them even with the IMT map advantage. With that being said, I still think Envy will win a map and could 100% win this but I just think Sen is too damn good after they lose and they're gonna want revenge.

posted about 3 years ago

More important inn the eyes of the fans but what I mean is these 6 are the 6 tier 1 teams. These 6 are quite a bit ahead of the rest of NA and that is what is important, not being considered top 3 which literally doesn't mean anything.

posted about 3 years ago

Horrible is a huge overstatement but I agree with what you're saying. Even in the First Strike qualifier, once nitr0 had to go back to Texas, they got 3-0'd by Envy after beating TSM and Sen while at the Cash App Compound

posted about 3 years ago

What happened to 100T? They looked so good up until Icebox against LG and since then HiKo and Asuna have played much worse than they normally do and in this series, nitr0 played much worse as well. Sen played an amazing series but still 100T should've been able to at least put up a fight. On the bright side, 100T should qual in the next Challenger since their greatest opposition is the loser of XSET/LG, GenG, FaZe, TSM and maybe NRG but it's still really disappointing to see them play this bad

posted about 3 years ago

I don't watch HiKo but if he's acting like that, than he really needs to take a break. Obviously he can't do that during Challengers but he should take a break soon.
