well , as an game dev at and indie game dev startup,
it is a difficult feature to nail as there are a lot of things to consider, but for a company riots' size it should be a piece of cake.
i think they are weighing their features based on a monetary scale, and the replay system takes a lot of resources but they don't gain a lot of value from it.

TLDR (For normies)- Rito not making replay system because they get no money from it.

there is minimum salary requirement for players in franchising, so that many player is gonna cost them alot of money. but yeah there are better indian players then benkai in his current form, he cant aim properly and also his util usage is not that good, i would get young talent and better coaching staff to develop them.

the current plan is ok and the coaches are fine, but they expect all the players in the current team to aim diff on defense

i think right now the best option is to keep russ and lf
release benkai, polvi and blazeking
get na t2 duelist import
and get indian senti/flex player and a good indian co-igl smokes player
