This is the best time to make changes since there is a big gap until they play in stage 3 challengers 1. They get time to integrate new players in their teams , make better strats etc. also winner of Masters 3 directly to champions without worrying about points. So org like G2 is trying to make a team that can do it ...Similarly with other teams... they want to make a better team or they got their players poached by another org so they had to make changes
