Dude the vct is just announced. The registration hasn't even started ig, and furthermore the tournament is to qualify for asia last chance which will be in october if i'm not wrong. So, there is atleast a month or so for the event to start. You will get to see it on this site as it is a official riot tournament so dont worry

Nope, but you can watch TEC gauntlet which has already started.( probably the 2nd biggest tournament for south asia after Vct and has a greater price pool as compared to vct SA).It has quite a unique format and will run till feb 2022
