Metric is better for precise science but height is something perceived socially by humans eyeballing it. The larger measurement gaps + shorter formatting between varying sizes (feet are closer to inches than cm vs meter) is better for portraying human height

I work in a Stem field so I know full well that in most scientific circumstances metric is better, however this is a vlr height thread not scientific study

Also farenheit >>>>>>>>> celsius for talking about how humans perceive temperature. Celsius is only good for water. And for materials other than water and humans Kelvin slams

Also inches are just as accurate as centimeters lmao. Just add a decimal point as needed

Better than metric for height imo

Gap between 5 feet and 6 feet is better expressed than gap between 152cm and 182 cm

Getting reverse swept after an 11-13 third map is definitely a choke

Also maybe they would’ve been better if they trained longer

Maybe the calling could have been better if Runi bootcamped for a week or two before LCQ

posted about 2 years ago

Well he didn’t know that at the time of that comment

He also never once said anything about his team in that comment

mCE had an interview where he said that he made sure to have the team take a long break after failing to qualify to Tokyo in order to mentally reset. Even going as far as having qpert scrim in place of Runi in the weeks leading up to the Sentinels game

Do we think that maybe the choke to Leviatan has to do with C9 not having sufficient time to make new protocols, innovate, and build strategic depth?

Ofc some of the choke has to be mental, but I wonder if a few more pocket strats or reads from scrims could have pushed C9 over the finish line

posted about 2 years ago

I know C9 didn’t qualify but why are we acting like he’s wrong

posted about 2 years ago

Legit could just be a poorly timed tweet about people talking shit in his dms

What does that have to do with race?

Probably the worst I’ve ever had a comment age LMAO

Are you yay’s biggest fan? Kid is trash and toxic. Played like shit in challengers, got relegated, and blamed the team he chose to join

Also C9 aren’t broke, look at their moves in CSGO recently

C9 certainly richer than PRX

Idek who you are. Irrelevant.

Fnatic easily top 1. Yessirski carries Navi fans, without him no one cares ab them

Kru fans are 90% bandwagons

Seeing a LOT more kru flairs than during the regular season

posted about 2 years ago

The esports player of the year got relegated by Mad Lions and was toxic to the team he CHOSE to join

Big bean does clear

Also making franchising has nothing to do with quality of the team so idk why ur mentioning it.

posted about 2 years ago

We dont have yay because he’s overpriced, toxic, and mid

Nothing to do with money

Elimination hasn’t happened yet brother

Either way PRX can’t beat bottom 7 team zzz

Asuna did passably, I don’t think he was “exposed” or that the loss was his fault

Derrek played horribly and MikesHD overcooked their comps

I did. Silver sen fans just parrot any agenda they’ve heard in the past 2 years so they disagree…

I think that the impact of being more successful on entries and first kills is greater than the impact of raze nade and satchels being decent on some maps

Especially since Sen plays KayO so much so you don’t even need raze nades to break util

posted about 2 years ago

If teamplay and things are good on Jett and bad on Raze why tf would you put him on Raze

Surely a bunch of first deaths has more negative impact than a whiffed op shot or smoke here and there

posted about 2 years ago

His Raze isn’t very consistent. He bottom fragged multiple times in LCQ

A bad smoke doesn’t mean he has less impact on jett
