The cove buff is 100% better but like cascade was good because you could push up behind it to get space and the ult was good since it stunned and gave info on locations, now we don't have that. And without the regenerating wall it's kind of cooked since you only have one traditional smoke so you either waste your wall and the smoke or you go double controller.

Also in the argument with viper, both of them have different identities but viper is still arguably better as a secondary controller so it won't increase his play rate either unless it's more of a comfort pick.

You completely missed the point lmao, harbor is "worse" than viper in the case of a secondary controller as viper provides much more value in being a secondary controller than harbor is. And a earlier game I played in I had, in other words, an annoying b*tch.
