i haven't seen an iso basically ever this act or the last one and im ascendent, deadlock on the other hand has a bunch of uses and is like a more aggressive cypher. Also no one instalocks deadlock or iso they are both dead agents unless they want to throw the game (deadlock not so much).

most def the bundle itself isn't even that expensive and rito gets more than half the profit from it
