losing 2 ecos and and getting dog walked sunset is bad.

posted 1 month ago

tbh i knew that the second g2 get healthy Sen was in trouble. Unironically I think sen vs g2 the second time will be a lot closer but we shall see. Their sunset looks really bad with how often they play retake and then leave mid open. feels like every round they get picked off mid.

i think its an org issue. they will not sign anyone that will cost them money. Remove the org and put G2 in.

posted 1 month ago

i can not lie. NRG should have 2-0d, they choked that second map with the type of rounds they lost.

posted 1 month ago

its always funny when the guy who usually isnt the star randomly plays like a beast when you need a win.

posted 1 month ago

tbh idc if it was strict with its rules but having people like timmy who didnt touch the game for a year and was never a pro in val in the procity thing is very hypocritical. using the "he was in the OG procity so it carried over" makes no sense cause even then he was never a pro. You cant make exceptions for him cause what right did he have to join it to begin with?

Idk they need to keep it honest when they get players cause having exceptions like him are bad imo.

reduxx is signed by sen officially, i think. he doesnt have a 10k buyout like the other i think. but someone can correct me if im wrong.

posted 2 months ago

i am counteracting your strength by hiring a witch on etsy

posted 2 months ago

verno made an international after leaving, nrg did not. When nrg make champs and win 1 game I will agree.

posted 2 months ago

didnt zellsis state he would keep playing for as long as possible.

posted 2 months ago

narrate just needs to get comfy and he is a monster.

posted 2 months ago

this is a good test to see if sen is actually in form or if they are a product of the easy matches so far.

posted 2 months ago

i could see reduxx replacing zellsis as reduxx does do some mid rounding and is vocal. Also if you are gonna have johnqt perma the senti role then you should have a VERY Good played on that flex role. zellsis is good but reduxx is better long term imo.

posted 2 months ago

another org could hypothetically try to buy that entire roster from sen. The only issue is that reduxx is signed to sen officially so he would not join that team. Also nights is still to young think. So you are dropping 2/3 of your best players. But if it gets you a spot in t1 it could be worth it.

posted 2 months ago

so if the lev academy is insane, do you just drop sato cause this man is the goat.

posted 2 months ago

its like the cavs without lebron.

posted 2 months ago

i think teams such as lev should just pick up young talent from t2 instead of recycling the same pros. Drop everyone besides sato and oke and build around them.

posted 2 months ago

how did lev land sato. he deserves better than this bum team.

posted 2 months ago

plant the bomb and miss shock darts, after that he flanks.

posted 2 months ago

i just put on tarik and rob, and them talking about their pickleball racket is more entertaining tbh.

posted 2 months ago

tbh they should have lost 2-0

posted 2 months ago

i meant in their next matchup lol. Next game should be a lot better than the first.

ill change it when you become fertile lil bro

interested to see how NRG vs 100T goes.

posted 2 months ago

zekken is currently playing better. The only duelist aspas is better on than zekken is jett.

posted 2 months ago

yeh these games so far have been pretty bad. Idk what is happening but its pretty disappointing.

posted 2 months ago

zellsis is more likely to be subbed than retired. I think boaster is more likely to retire than be kicked. Hard to find good igls and boasters tracks record is too good. Zellsis is more replaceable than boaster.

posted 2 months ago

i think verno is too inexperienced to igl for mibr. Also, his performance seems to have taken a hit due to the role.

posted 2 months ago

id perma johnqt at sent and just pickup an aim god on flex. assuming bang and narrate stay:

Johnqt: sent
zekken: duelist
narrate: intia
bang: smokes
probs reduxx at flex though.

if furia win a series everyone in this thread gets feet pics?????

no.

G2 looked fine, they dont have leaf which is arguably their best player. Sen was def less impressive but the comeback was good regardless.

posted 2 months ago

it was trent.

no one is asking you to watch?

posted 2 months ago

lol "might go down as the worst roster move of all time". Id say this post may go down as one of the worst of all time.

posted 2 months ago

i will be honest. I think loud was better than their record in split 1 but this team seems to have a higher ceiling imo. Love when Brazil does well

posted 3 months ago

probs Gen.g, texture is worth 2-3 people.

posted 4 months ago

tbh fnatic has gotten A LOT of lucky rounds. They should not be up this much with how badly they have played in a lot of these rounds.

posted 4 months ago

i find it funny when he says something sen should do and they do it and he gets all excited and shit

posted 4 months ago

At his peak, this guy is world-class. sensational

posted 4 months ago

I think 1 of those matchups is an upset.

posted 4 months ago

the momentum was ruined. if Gen.g lose I will feel sad for APAC fans.

posted 4 months ago

I agree with what you are saying overall. I just dont like when people (not you specifically) are now saying that its a disadvantage being 1st seed and are using that as an excuse for the loss. It's an overall advantage with its Cons but so many people online act like the cons outweigh the positives.

posted 4 months ago

I hope XLG play more random cause G2 does great against standard play. Just disrepect their setups and play more aggro like PRX and you got a chance.

posted 4 months ago

i hope the chinese teams beat G2 or any other EMEA/Pacific team cause the irony in this easy route would be hilarious. Do i think they lucked out sure but which teams in the swiss do we think would have most def beat sen? Only 1 team I could see us being under dogs and thats against Gen.G. Against PRX its 50-50. Think we would be favoured against TL, TH and MIBR.

posted 4 months ago

i dont understand this. They would arguably get more time to adjust to the meta cause 1. they skip the world cup qualifers and 2. get more time to prepare while teams have to qualifiy to playoffs. Also the meta pretty much went back a meta which is more similar to what was happening before tejo. Using it as an exuse for a loss its pathetic imo.

Is getting warm a benefit sure, but do you think TL would have chosen 1st seed or playing through groups. I think a majority of teams would have prefered going directly into the playoffs.

I think riot should have everyone enter group stages, but give the first seed a 1-0 advantage, so that they can still warm up during the groups while having to win fewer games to qualify.

Link to FNS talking about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzHUFMOeM78

So, would you remove splits and just have qualification-style playoffs? Assuming we get 5 events, with eithe 3 weeks per event, and 3 weeks to qualify for each event. You’d have to remove splits to still get about 1.5 months off after the year ends for teams to reset.

My issue is, logistically, how would this even work? Riot in League uses splits, so with splits we probably can’t have many events unless it’s instant playoffs, double elimination qualifications straight to the tournament.

What does everyone else think?

Here is what a general timeline would look like. I sorta used a rough ball park, :
-Qualification: 3 weeks
-Setup & arrival before event: 1.5 weeks
-Event duration: 3 weeks
-Break after event: 1.5 weeks

-Number of events: 5

Calculate total weeks per event cycle
Total per event cycle:
3 + 1.5 + 3 + 1.5 = 9 weeks

For 5 events
5 × 9 weeks = 45 weeks total

Weeks in a year
52 weeks

Remaining weeks after events
52 - 45 = 7 weeks off after the last event
