NA/EU are the 2 best region, they gets the "weaker" team out of groups, APAC/BR-LATAM are the lesser region so they get the "stronger" team out of groups. NA vs NA only happened because NA team in group was the "weaker" team in their group, same thing with EU vs EU. It's their fault they didn't get 1st in group
