If you're serious about being a writer then make time and watch it.

If they had Twisten they would've won Haven 😭 and 2-0 NaVi

Yacine. That’s it.

Couple more years and EMEA will dominate Valorant just like CS

There’s a reason why FPX stopped playing it after the Guild game It sucks on attack

posted about 2 years ago

Oh damn their playing against 100T/Faze this is a GG

BUT THEY HAVE SHROUD SO 2-0 SENTINELS THEIR WINNING LCQ

LOL

The Guard was their best chance (if it wasn’t for some mistakes they would’ve won) now they’re going to play against either C9 or Shopify Rebellion (Luminosity) who are consistent and not washed up like The Guard. I don’t see them winning a map against these two or even making it close. It will be one-sided likely in the favour of C9 or Luminosity. Let me know your thoughts (and hopium).

Top 10 APAC teams > Top 10 NA teams

posted about 2 years ago

Agreed
-Balla -Doug
+Dgon +Quis

Does anyone know their names? I can’t seem to find it

Edit: thanks for the names

posted about 2 years ago

Shroud alone can 1v5 The Guard. Add Tenz and Sentinels win 13-0 13-0

posted about 2 years ago

Tier 1 NA teams can barely compete against International teams let alone tier 2 😂

Didn’t he have Covid or something and couldn’t travel?

Edit: yeah he couldn’t make it to Copenhagen due to Covid https://www.dexerto.com/valorant/leviatan-head-coach-onur-unable-to-attend-valorant-masters-after-testing-positive-repeatedly-1866715/

EU & APAC > NA

I don’t know what changed but somehow their Bind went from trash to amazing in 1 day. Props to their coach!

Yeah definitely. Haven isn’t FPX's best map so it’s 70/30 PRX. After that it’s 50/50 both. PRX and FPX are equally as bad on Breeze as each other.

GGs Optic! Still the most consistent team in Valorant, but it was time for a different team to be crowned champions. Glad to see it will be either PRX or FPX. Both hardworking teams.

My bad then

I haven’t watched too much EMEA Challengers, but from the streams I did watch I think Alfajer outperformed his online performance this LAN. He was playing very well.

I'm surprised Balla didn’t say "He's cranking 90's with the sage wall"

Sideshow + Bren = Goats

I was talking about LAN Fnatic, not online. Online they look amazing (better than ever). But no way you think that what we've seen so far from Fnatic this LAN is better than what we've seen last year when they were on LAN.

posted about 2 years ago

I still think last years Fnatic on LAN was the best Fnatic we've seen. So I hope they worked on their issues in these 3 days or they’ll probably lose to FPX.

posted about 2 years ago

I hope so as well. The team has a lot of potential.

posted about 2 years ago

Pretty good list, however I'm sad for Guild and Acend. I thought they’d make it.

posted about 2 years ago

Riot ain't even marketing it whatsoever. I thought after the top 4 teams have been revealed they'll start advertising it everywhere. But, I guess, they’ve given up before it even has started lmao.

Tenz and Shroud can 2v5 every team at Masters. But Sentinels are keeping them away from truly unleashing their powers and destroying everyone.

So i was playing a normal ranked game right. I was playing chamber, absolutely carrying my team, I was 29/16/3. closest teamate was 22/18/6. On Bind, we had a Raze who was being toxic and braindead, (Immortal elo, used to it). Homie thinks the only way to hold A site is maintain shower control and give up site, u haul, tank. For example, playing b site I had my tps set up for rotate in spawn. They commed planting A so I tp, I die to a kid pushed in spawn and the Raze in shower got killed right after, lost the round. I start getting angry (typing in chat cause it was like 6am didnt want to wake the fam up). I typed "retard" once, didnt even call the raze a retard, I was lurking and got a double and got my team a free site and this Raze starts talking shit ab how my kills have no impact, while he on the other hand just ran it down hooka and died to a judge in hooka. I said in chat "at least im not retard running it down in hooka and dying" and now I have been stuck with a 2 week vc ban which means no comp q. On the other hand I did get this Raze banned for presumably longer. Im still banned though. It makes sense yet is infuriating. I'm sweating my ass off trying hard asf to win the game and we have a toxic Raze on our team (calling people out for being bad, trying to igl when he was just doing stupid plays, also finished the game 10/19/9 btw). Im just angry Im stuck here with a 2 week comp ban for being toxic to a toxic teamate who was flaming our whole team because his plan of "braindead monkey hold showers to take A site" wasnt working. I feel like I should get unbanned or a reduced ban for this based on my situation, too bad val wont let u submit a ban req and all u get when u do is a bot message.

Upper bracket finals, lower bracket finals and grand finals will have crowds.

posted about 2 years ago

I would agree with you if Fnatic wasn’t their opponent next. They've played each other so many times and Fnatic have won 3/4 times (I think) so I expect the same results. Maybe the crowd will affect Fnatic and FPX manage to win but it could go either way honestly. I'm still favouring Fnatic 60/40

posted about 2 years ago

They gotta work on their mentality because they lose all their confidence after taking one L. Look at FPX, Leviatán and even XSET. They take L's but don’t let it affect them.

posted about 2 years ago

All games including Leviatán were a certified banger. I’m not sure how Leviatán didn’t make it to Masters or Champions earlier they look very good.

posted about 2 years ago

Happy to see FPX make it this far. They had to go through so much in order to even be here and to see them performing so good (even with a sub in groups) is very good.

posted about 2 years ago

Last years system was way better IMO. We've seen that not all 1st seeded teams can compete against group teams. Riot should bring back the system where all teams (no matter 1st place in challengers) go to groups and the top 8 teams make it out. Makes it more interesting to watch and you see more games.

posted about 2 years ago

We've seen both Fnatic and FPX play, now I'm curious, which team should go to the lower bracket final? Which team can potentially defeat PRX/Optic and make it grand finals. I think FPX are a better choice against Optic and PRX, but someone lmk why Fnatic would be a better choice.

posted about 2 years ago

A grand final between Optic and Fnatic in London would probably sell out or at least fill 80% of the seats. But yeah Copenhagen wasn't the smartest choice

posted about 2 years ago

It definitely does. Unless of course the lower bracket final is FPX vs Optic or Fnatic vs Optic then it honestly could go either way.

Bro jinxed it 😭

posted about 2 years ago

I don’t get why some other team winning or losing gets to decide if they go to playoffs or groups. Like, if you're going to implement a weird system like this then make it so that the winners of LATAM and Brazil face each other (Loud vs Leviatán) and winner gets top seed while the other goes to groups. The runner-ups (NIP and KRU) face each other and winner goes to groups.
