Even though the crowd is biased I still enjoy the cheering and the overall atmosphere it gives to the games definitely makes it more entertaining, I personally give it 7,5. I do hope they start cheering for non eu teams as well because for most of the players it’s their first time and it sucks to get boo'ed.

If FPX beat Leviatán and Liquid beat Fnatic then I could see Liquid vs FPX happening. Assuming Optic beats XSET and DRX beats LOUD. Both Liquid and FPX will have a rematch against LOUD and XSET respectively. And this may just be my EU copium but I could see both winning. It all depends on tomorrow’s games...

Would be funny to see them fist bumping each other during the walk out, but sadly I doubt FPX vs Liquid will happen

*Leviatán would be stupid not to pick Breeze or Pearl against FPX (FPX sucks on both maps) --> 1-0. I think FPX choose Bind/Icebox (depends on which map is left) and they should win that (I wasn’t too impressed by eviatán's Bind and their Icebox, well we've seen what happened against LOUD) --> 1-1. Finally I think both teams will take their chances with Ascent and I think it will be close but Leviatán will win it --> 2-1.

I don’t know what you expect though EU crowd cheering for EU team makes sense if it was NA then I think XSET would get way more screams than Fnatic

Fnatic did improve massively since their first game against 100T, if they keep that momentum up and win against XSET pretty convincingly I think there’s a chance they win against Optic and move to upper bracket finals

I could see it happening and it would be definitely interesting to see all three of them in lowers but as a viewer I'd much rather watch Fnatic vs Optic and XSET vs Liquid than Optic vs XSET and Fnatic vs Liquid

Both teams have attended International LANs for so long so I'm surprised they haven’t played each other

Tbh Liquid has to do what FPX did and let PRX come to them. I think Liquid has enough good players to win aim duels so it will come down to if Liquid gives into the aggression or plays it smart and waits for PRX. Even the old Liquid coach (Sliggy) mentioned that.

It will be active again. Just the pre-champion boredom. Wait until either one of the EMEA or NA team loses a game or doesn’t make it out of groups and all the trolls will flood the site and it will be very active.

I think it’s safe to say eu is a far superior region. There is just such a mentality difference between the two regions. Teams from EU want to win, while teams from NA (Loptic, Streamset) just don’t want it as much. it really shows in the way they perform. EU is far more disciplined, practicing long hours of the day while NA would rather stream. Next lan, I’m not sure NA should get any spots tbf.

What the hell are both of these teams doing? I’m in bronze and I could compete better than all of the players in this tournament. I can’t believe I’m being held back by my teammates this bad. Any orgs feel free to DM

You should be able to watch all the VODs by Friday and know what you’re looking for. Yeah the article will be a little outdated but at least we know you put all your time and effort into it. The fact is that we can’t do your work for you. And if you’re passionate about being a writer then you’re going to take the harder route and not the easy way. But that’s my take do whatever you want with it :)
