Kinda like the Champions League, Teams in the quarters get randomly drawn and the draw is televised. But the teams can't play another team from the same region, and group winners can't play other group winners.

We would've avoided Optic v XSET & Fnatic v FPX this masters.
Same thing for the group stage too so we don't keep having to see LATAM v BR matches.

International LAN and we get EUvEU & NAvNA in the quarters?!?!?
Like what's the point I want to see teams from different regions play against each other. I can't be the only one.
