Televised bracket drawing for Champions?

Kinda like the Champions League, Teams in the quarters get randomly drawn and the draw is televised. But the teams can't play another team from the same region, and group winners can't play other group winners.

We would've avoided Optic v XSET & Fnatic v FPX this masters.
Same thing for the group stage too so we don't keep having to see LATAM v BR matches.

they do this for LoL Worlds. I think they've done it for Valorant before too, but I don't think it was live.
