+1 on my road to immortal (and even in immortal lel) i frequently bottom frag, but still have a 70% WR in soloq because i focus more on setting my team up for success. Someone needs to play support.

i was in your situation (plat3 act1, dia2 act2 and now imm1 act 3)
number 1 thing i found that helped me get better was playing new agents. When you play the same 1 or 2 over and over you develop the same habits and "crutches" on some abilites, which limit you in the long run. Playing 3-4 agents regularly has made me understand my enemies better, how to communicate with my team better and how to work well on my base game skills (aim, gamesense, crosshair placement. etc.

Reyna is busted. "if they are not fragging" isn't an excuse, you could say that about any agent. She is un-tradable, un-tag-able and has a very strong flash that can either get info or free kills.

every map went to 24 rounds

team comp is basically:

Omen
2 duelists
1 initiator
1 sentinel.

sometimes teams will run 2 initiators and 1 duelist instead.

map specific picks:
sage and viper are occasionally picked on split. Almost never sova.
killjoy is better than cypher on Haven and split.
phoenix is played on haven, raze on split, jett/reyna on any map.

Killjoy was beginning to invade on cypher's neiche of being able to get info all across the map, and completely hold flanks with her turret and alarm bot. They made these changes to stop her from being able to hold flanks while being far away.
