Many Tier 1 Valorant teams consistently underperform and earn little to nothing from prize pools. This not only affects players’ incomes but also puts financial pressure on orgs—so much so that Riot had to introduce org bundles to help, though it's not a long-term fix. In some cases, Tier 2 teams end up earning more than long-standing Tier 1 teams.
To address this, underperforming T1 players could be placed into a structured support system where they take on non-competitive tasks (e.g., office work at Riot HQ) in exchange for a monthly stipend. For example, a player like Tuyz, who hasn't found success with FURIA, could be assigned to Riot’s office for basic duties and receive compensation. This would provide financial stability while allowing them to stay connected to the ecosystem.
The players affected by these system will be given the abbreviation to be easily remembered:
B-Building
U-Under
M- Monthly
