I tried my brother's Ritalin for adhd since eme and him has the same symptoms, difference is that I have yet to get an official diagnosis. I tried Ritalin and my mind cleared from cluttered, So I tried playing valorant in which I thought would help me since I'm focused now but the problem is that I'm too focused. I just tried playing a sova and instead played like a sage since I got too focused on shooting and looking at map rather than using my util. It did somewhat help me aim but my gaming sense is what helped me be alerted and now it's been thrown out the window.
