For a lot of teams at least. 100k per player sounds a lot and it is but many teams make that in a few months. And that's not even considering the fact that orgs take some of the winning money as well.

I think so, but the split between players and org depends on well, the org. And that does vary from org to org.

To be honest, the incentive is not even between teams. Money is given to the orgs and the orgs can decide what share they are giving to the players. If an org takes like 90 percent of the money the players are essentially playing for less than a month salary (might be hyperbole but you get the point). In my opinion, for a tournament to be considered to be actually important, it needs to have another incentive besides money.

TL did get very unlucky and I personally think that if they didn't get unlucky they would have been better than Sen, however, I don't think there's much of a point to getting into hypotheticals.
