i like crazyguy but i can see why. people will say yay this yay that but if you watched split vs GE, they were absolutely running circles around bleed in context of midrounding and calling

this is a really risky decision o_O sscarys performance could seriously decline if he takes up igling
bleed looked like a total mess at kickoff and the players fragging really wouldn't have changed that. they looked like lost dogs, zero direction and totally gapped in terms of calling
if you've followed the scene long enough its so funny how the same talking points get re-used for people as different arcs of their career happens
the comparison to tenz especially is hilarious, because tenz was getting this exact same treatment at once point xD
what are your thoughts on mwzera

This is a true story, recovered from the NRG database. I'm already risking my life by putting this out there, if I go missing you know what happened.
Right before FNS stepped back from competing, he participated in a few iterations of the early NRG roster rebuild. Of the countless rosters included the young talent N4RRATE. A prodigal newcomer with exception skill across every role they trialed him on, Fenis had set him at the top of the list for the 2024 season. Aside from winning, however, was one goal that continued to resurface in the mind of the genius leader. To pull the dagger left in North America's heart from Europe and drive it back -- deeper than ever before. Ardis "Keith" Svarenieks, also known as the Trojan Horse, had left the organization with deep scars that could never be healed with humility and closure. What was needed was retaliation.
Under commands from the CEO of NRG Esports, Finesse began to plot the beginning of a multi stage sleeper agent operation where N4RRATE would be fed subconscious instructions under the guise of "scrims". The end goal? To infiltrate Europe, eliminate the favorites from international contention, then reach the finals against NRG. Once the finals begin, FNS (now ethan, as he superceded his role as leader) is meant to pull his attention and yell the command word "Fraudnatic", which would activate the sleeper cell instructions embedded deep into the young prodigy's basal ganglia. Seemingly against his own will, N4RRATE will proceed to go triple negative and play the worst game of VALORANT ever witnessed, a showcase that will be utterly unsalvageable by his teammates who are none the wiser, and NRG will take the crown.

is the old generation done for?
he benched himself in t1, they were doing all comms in english and he didn't feel confident so he took a step back
Yup, if you show up and shoot good it doesn't matter
anthem plays his role and is IGL thats pre much it
pick up best player itw
bench him and ruin his career for the year because you're piss broke
mid results
still piss broke
cut your coach while he tries to rebuild the team for the better
pick up budget roster
shit the bed again
good prob could be great if he keeps doing it
You have been reported.
I am not a bot. I am a Volunteer VLR moderator. I do not have mod powers but my reports are taken seriously and those who get on my bad side tend to get banned in under 24 hours. I have numerous rules, which you may read in my post history, but 1 is the most important rule of all:
1) I am an officer in training, and I expect to be treated the same way I would be with my uniform and badge.
Watch your back and get used to this face kiddos, you'll be seeing a lot of it.
dogwater take. recruit two rookies make them role swap
wasnt top 2 in the region instantly? damn horrible roster move i guess!
achillios hinted in twitch chat, they're about to run some wack comp
proof its placebo lil mans, keep buying gear to get out of shitlow
it is statistically
zywoo won an international event with the packaging plastic still on his skates but ya those tiger ice skates are gonna get you out of plat
no fuckin shit the point is you can achieve the same speed through training and repetition regardless of the muddiness of your pad and whatever placebo skates you put on LMFAO
duh but anyone can adapt to anything within reason that's just the nature of training
As a day 1 FNATIC fan it's disappointing how bad derke looks compared to him
i've been seeing the indian "fans" on twitter and they are crazy haters lmaooo it's hilarious
who's the hottest prospect this season
ever since his wrist injury his aim hasn't been at its peak its a bit sad. still contributes as second caller tho
im 13W 7L over the past 2 days
Universe balances us all out
they're gonna win a game eventually this year, meiy will drop 70 and drag them through the mud
the top 6 teams are the same because they all improved xd
biggest difference is T1 might be joining DRX PRX as teams that can make deep runs, and geng zeta looking like event qualifier teams
lowkey drx might peak higher than old roster, we will see but the potential is super high
ardiis and yay both leave NA and start losing weight, hmm
ratio + TYLOO xccurate devours your family
teams really didn't consider that people will buy these based off aesthetics, like im definitely getting the LEV one even though i'm not a fan
Paper Rex -- look shakier (settling into roster and roles) but still top level team
DRX -- expected to look shaky, actually playing very well. new additions very impressive
T1 -- leveled up (previously perma-grouped internationally, now a genuine threat)
GENG -- leveled up
ZETA -- leveled up
SECRET -- inconclusive (redeemed themselves today but first game was very bad)
-- international contenders barrier --
RRQ -- macro-wise sloppy but players leveled up
TALON -- leveled up, much more potential than last year
GE -- weird overcooking and questionable decisions. when they look good they're good but..
DFM -- look better than last year but still very meh. only positive is meiy, very skilled player, should be able to win them a match this year
BLEED -- too many anomalies to assess. played awful but high potential if they fix their role issues
TLDR:
almost every team has substantially improved from last year besides the bottom and the top teams (for different reasons), so the top 6 actually is about the same as before
would consider T1 to join PRX and DRX in the "can make a run" category now, and GENG - ZETA in that category of "can take some games internationally" -- SECRET need more data
if DRX new players continue to grow they may peak higher than previously
T1 and DRX look nice, they stuck to the two tone vibe
i heard old furia had a history of ego problems so it must be a huge shock going from that to a japanese team for carlao lol
seems like a win win, zeta have showed a lot more fluidity with him on board
i believe what he's saying here (mainly bc he's never made excuses and pretty much always owns up to it) just because there were so many odd things that game that weren't even like "ew that was messy" and more "wtf is going on"
anyways regarding his aim visibly looking worse than during andbox-nv-optic era
my real crackpot theory? after optic he started working with aimlabs and getting professional "aim coaching" from some voltaic guys. now i'm not saying aim training is bad or anything, i do it myself, but i think in his specific situation they either got him to untrain certain habits or lean into certain things that functionally made him worse
he is a perfect viper. crazy thing is he wasn't playing viper! someone who has never played viper (or any smokes) professionally was! isn't that odd
hes known for his sova but for some reason we only see fade lmao
because prx admitted geng shat on them in scrims
also the geng roster is actually good
also prx are notable slow starters
its not that crazy
if he had like 5% more discipline kru would be shitting on g2 rn
