fixed a bug that was pulling inactive players from team rosters

we'll look into this and get the first strike events up for other regions soon
the g pro wireless is notorious for double clicking
in the past i went through THREE of them in a 6 month period
the first one came with double clicking mouse2 out of the box and the last one (from an RMA) started double clicking within a week of very light use
and absolutely no one is surprised :)
