why only 3 teams each group qualify to playoffs. NA format miles better than this shit btw (including open qualifiers for 8 slots). Arguably most competitive region but shittiest format sadge

only issue i have with the VLR's is that more teams should qualify for promotion and more teams should be relegated cause rn 2 slots probably won't be enough to keep t2 orgs invested

True, they could atleast give 4 slots for promotion (so it would be 8 slots for top 8 teams who were in the previous challengers and 4 from promotion).
This way they could have max. 4 new teams in challengers

true 6 teams in playoffs is just tragic. Just look at group a: FPX, Fnatic, G2, Acend, Fokus, OG LDNU and only 3 makes it through. Like wtf.

I like the 3 team qualify since it will actually give you some benefits if you finish first in the group

Doesn't matter if you're top team that matters you will make the top 3 ... Makes competition more fierce and every game is super important.
