Nah. I haven't changed it. Vietnam still has 3. The slots remain unchanged.

it made sense to have 2 teams from OCE last time but now Order might just stomp everyone else so its fair I guess

it still made sense to give oce 2 slots. we said it in the last stage that order will stomp everyone, but they got bonked by bonkers. what im trying to say is the talent is there in OCE. They deserve that 2nd slot more than vietnam deserve 3 slot. maybe next year
