it seems that navi forced players to leave cis to Serbia or choose to be kicked its make sense in some way, but i think jady refused because not ready to left country: he is studying here and his family/friends etc lives here

Very sad, he was the best on that team imo. Interesting that they come to Serbia. I wonder if M3C and FPX will do the same to participate in events.
