can someone explain to me that other than prize money/circuit points what do winners of stage 2 from each region qualify for, like will there be another international event in june? and if so will this time FPX and m3c be allowed to participate (if they qualify)

Yea the teams who qualify win a spot in another international event and it is not certain if M3C or FPX will be allowed

the winners of stage 2 will participate in Masters 2, which is rumored to be in Berlin.

If it is in Berlin, FPX and M3C will likely not be able to compete due to travel restrictions.
