Gamelanders star Leonardo " mwzera " Serrati was crowned the tournament MVP after he led the tournament in ACS, K:D, average damage per round, average kills per round, and in first bloods. He performed no worse in the grand finals, where he started the match with 438 ACS on Bind and finished with 323 ACS across the whole series.
The grand finals were never really in question. Gamelanders won each of their three maps by a comfortable margin while paiN Gaming needed overtime to close out Ascent, their only map won.
Riot hosted the event at their studio in São Paulo, making Brazil one of the few regions to hold their main event in a LAN environment. The tournament unfortunately ran into issues associated with hosting LAN tournaments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fortunately, the tournament ran into no other problems associated with the virus. The seven other teams were able to play their matches as scheduled.
Gamelanders now have seven tournament titles in Brazil, by far the most in the region. They haven't lost a match since early October. Over the past 60 days, most of which have been defined by First Strike competitions around the world, mwzera has the highest ACS of any player in the world.
