So i don't play valorant but i'm watching the finals, can anybody explain to me why Loud started in attacking side both maps?

They got to choose what side they wanted to start on for these maps as they came from the upper bracket, they just perfer attack on ascent and bind ig

I see ty, it seems like attacking side in the first map is pretty bad, so i didn't think they would pick it.

yea #4 explained it better, but i'm curious about how maps work in valorant, are there defensive and attack sided maps or most of them are defensive sided?

depends on the team but normally they are defender sided
