Reyna is a very selfish agent, not helpful for team play as there are better duelists for that, the only way Reyna can be good is the player is hyper aggresive like PRX

if you look into the game strategically the game is about taking space on defence and attack, reyna needs another agent to stay with her if you want to take space away from the enemy, agents like jett, raze, neon, yoru even have better abilities to do this alone without the need for others to babysit
