Ban/pick needed for Valorant?

Since some of EMEA/NA fans started crying about low skill ceiling, do you guys think pick/ban is needed for pro scene at least?

Some pros are legit one trick lol

Pros&Teams with wide agent pool will have upper hands and it might higher the skill ceiling?

that will help but there can still be more improvements that will positively effect the pro scene without effecting casual / iron-diamond playerbase

i would rather wait til more agents to add agent bans and instead add spray patterns, more games on LAN, only meta changes in the off season ect
