ma boy cypher needs buff

1. cypher trip : once you got stuck in trip u shouldnt be able to get out anyhow , basically you are dead
2. Camera : his camera lets you see enemy moments like observer from custom match
3. Cage : as the ability name is cage it should be able to trap people in it , means if you step on cage u get trapped in it and cant get out
4. Neural theft : as name suggest it should steal your neurons means you get mad , u move toward left but your charachter moves in random direction and basically u cant do anything

that would be too op

Cypher should be able to kill any player without even looking at them by simply pressing a button

cypher should be able to cause a nuclear fallout tbh

I agree, but Imo cypher cam would still be too weak. It needs to be able to shoot missiles so he can now be balanced
