There are a lot of good BR fans. I believe in the good eggs, I've seen them be respectful to the teams NiP played against, so I think not all of them are bad.
It's more like you don't banter with them or no controversy occurs, then they would be respectful. Any banter or controversy will just make the Brazilians irate. Even if the fault was on the Brazilian team that's what happens. But as you say not all are like that
We just respond to what the community gives US. NA/EU come up with excuses to marginalize our fanbase, so we give back the worse of us. Regions that don't do us harm we treat very well. You never saw Brazil mistreating JP, KR or SEA, for example.
well, that's not true. I saw a few brazilians meme on DRX and Zeta, but they were just a minority. I have faith that there is good.

Brazil is a big and passionate country, and that's a massive recipe for a disaster. There is a fine line between passion and toxic obsession, just like there's one between love and hate, so it's not that hard for bad apples to grow and be really vocal. I still believe it's a minority, but a decently sized one at that, so it's not hard to see them.
Unfortunatelly, the minority is the one who speak louder... so they're the most remembered
