give jp 1 slot (viewership + develop region)
give APAC 3 slots (PRX and Xerxia are international contenders)
Give NA 3 slots (Pretty consistent)
give EU 2 slots (Splitting EMEA better for more diversity)
Give CIS 1 slot (M3C slot)
TR 1 slot (Help region)
KR 2 slots (help develop the region)
CN 1 slot (New region help develop playerbase)
SA 1 slot (OCE, India, Srilanka, etc. need some rep, help build this region)

Seems alright to be fair, but doubt Rito will make such massive changes, especially investing in extremely new regions like CN, also doubt they'll give 7 slots to EMEA/NA

riot wont gave any single spot to weak region like sa and cn its not time yet, the skill gap its to much.
this tournament need good valorant to watch to make viewership more, if they came and destroyed by other strong region its boring :)
so i bet for riot imposible to gave weak region if they not tested yet
