Yes we can. EMEA was far superior than the rest on the latest international event. Now the 3rd seed is getting trashed by BRs 2nd seed. I know they have standins, but still, if it was like last year they would still beat us, or at least the match would be even, it's a slaughter. Even if they had their full lineup they would still lose, closer, but would lose.
