Mike, Sliggy, guard coach and onur are coaches who actually put in the work and u can see it however others are just paycheck stealers

They wanted to make Mikes an assistant for this shithead chet. Mikes is so much better than him as a coach that it would've been embarrassing for the org to actually go through with that.
chet prime example of guy who moved to valorant just cause he can't do shit in csgo and sucks at it, blames the game, and when they suck in valorant they blame the game too
honestly, it's prob bc they're friends. he's prob good with organizing/scheduling practices and etc. But definitely not a good coach for Valorant. he doesnt even respect the game he's coaching LOL

im gonna guess that now the game needs MORE than just good things taken over from csgo, and he hasn't adapted yet, as just taking ideas over from csgo got him improving all the teams, until now.
