I mean, how could they not be AT THE VERY LEAST on par with NA.

I'd personally rank the regions - EMEA, APAC, NA = KR, BR = LATAM, >>> JP

I think that's fair, but I wouldn't be surprised if either BR or KR would be in the top tier at the end of this event, meaning the distinctions of the regions are much smaller.
