Ethan to NRG replacing Tex makes a lot of sense based on roles and Tex last performance in VCT. He has also started to play games with s0m and Hazed off Valorant and as someone who has watched him stream since joining 100T, this is the most I've seen him interact with those two.

I feel like it’s more likely to be him replacing eeiu than tex, not that I think it’s a better move but I think tex is really close friends with S0m hazed and Ethan so I dont think they would want to replace him
