weightlifting effect on aiming

just starting working out in gym for about a month, I've never worked out before because of some medical condition and then after a month working out It feels like I lost all my aim, not precise anymore, right crosshair placement but when I shoot my crosshair shaking or slipping. Is that normal?

I'm usually pretty shit at aiming if i play right after a workout but if i wait a bit i'm fine. So it's not too out of the ordinary i think.

arm just tired most probably,dont overwork yourself and stay hydrated ;)
