Sacy said the team they scrimmed the most was Leviathan, and according to him their level is really good.

So probably yes, both Leviathan and KRU are best than most brazilian teams.

Leviathan was already top 2 LATAM and close to being better than all BR teams but VK and Furia. But yeah he really does his job and aside if his political beliefs no one can argue that he is a world class coach
