Really strange how much time the roster was given in 2021 and how little confidence they are getting in 2022 after just being world champions. I just hope it's a players decision and not something that's coming from the organization

I don't understand what you are saying. BONECOLD got benched because the way the guy wanted to play the game was different to the team. Kiles is consistently lacking firepower.

If there's very clear positive changes they can make then they should go for it.

this roster had just won the biggest tournament of valorant's existence so far. Then they hit a rough patch of personal issues. The BONECOLD benching, despite how weird it was, was explained to be a players/coaching decision so it makes it understandable. I just hope it's the same case for Kiles. Just imagine what would the communities reaction be if this was a team like 100T doing these roster changes after failing to qualify to the first playoffs. Oh wait, we don't have to imagine...

bonecold had a different pov, zeek with depression and kiles has family living in ukraine. the timing of all these issues coming up together has been insane tbh, if they start making changes just because of masters1 performance they will be trolling tbh

Difference is Kiles was an objectively weak link of the team in terms of fragging. 100T roster moves were questionable because they felt random and they got no vision for the future (until now they got DDK and Sean Gares which are positive changes). I agree it should be a team decision but my point is I think these changes are objectively positive, even if unnecessary.

ec1s also had fragging power issues if you ask me. Tbh the main difference between the 100T roster changes and the ACE ones were that 100T hadn't won champs just a few months ago and they weren't going through the personal issues mentioned... I still haven't seen a clear vision for the future from Acends part either tbh, but they got some time to now to make the pieces fit so we'll see I guess

It is sad but sometimes we forget this is also business, there is emotional side and practical side of it. imo kiles was inconsistent but when he pops off he is always amazing. I wish kiles and bonecold best of luck. They are still the first champions winners. history was made and they will still be friends
