so because you weren't there in person to witness someone's actions even though there's literally clips and livestreams of it means that it didn't happen?
not to mention this is jason's problem, he shouldn't be throwing so much of the weight onto tarik to defend him, he should dig out of the hole that he dug himself in. being friends doesn't mean you automatically defend each other, you call each other out for shit you don't agree with. that's being a friend.

He doesn't want to defend Jason Bcoz there's obvious evidence against him proving he's a misogynist. So Tarik doesn't want to support such a guy
The line between "Jason is not sexist" and "I've met him irl and he wasn't sexist" is so thin that the dumbfucks of the internet will find a way to take it out of context and call Tarik a sexist too

What does that accomplish though? From the look of it Tarik met JsonR and his wife for like 1 or 2 times and they aren't close friends. You can't deduce who is sexist fr by hanging out with them for like few hours. Rather Jason's more recent & consistent behavior paints a better picture of who he is. Tarik is right, Jason's behavior is apparent and he is acting like a sexist.
