its not about consistency, u cant do every game 30 bomb if ur team is playing shit. its insane he has a real fighter spirit. most players are tilt dont give 100% if their teams have off days

I think he means the matches in international stage, he choked both elimination matches in Berlin and Champions.
But he is a young player, with barely experience, it is normal to feel overwhelmed. the most experience he gets, the most consistent he will get.
in berlins masters he was playing with tendinitis and in champions they had that cypher cam situation that surely affected their team performance, since VK was the only team to beat acend

dude there is something called language workshop, english is one of the easiest languages in the world, hes not dumb. if a real team would invest some pesos in him he would rock NA. NA teams waste tons of dollas for dog players they sell 1 month later and lose money! they should just buy heat and teach him and give education and win all!? cs go did it too why valorant shouldnt?
He's english is bad but he can communicate the basics, with some english lessons he could play in NA soon
or how about someone makes a second BR superteam instead of importing him to a shit region

i think another team can be made around heat mw and nzr. nzr has some solid midrounding and could probably lead a team with a good vision strategically
Just import coach or get the best Brazilian coaches like Rik, Gatti, Fluyr, Onur etc
